Return Policy

We wanted to safeguard our customer’s interest when they buy ZAKPRO products. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in original packing condition with all the tags intact to return. The product can be shipped back to initiate the refund. Refund will be processed within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product. Pl note, for used products refund, cannot be initiated. Thanks for understanding!
