Cancellation Policy
If the products are booked and not shipped, Pl write to us through the ‘contact us form’ which will help us cancel the order. In this case, the complete order amount will be refunded in full back to the customer.
In the event of products being shipped and the order getting cancelled, customer will have to bare the delivery charges and the products can be sent back. Pl note the refund will be processed once the product is received back to the company.
Refund Policy
There is a return window of 10 days. Customer can return the product within 10 days under the below mentioned possible scenarios.

- Products being damaged or found defective
- Products in non-accordance to the description provided in the detail page
- No longer needed the product
Products being damaged or found defective: In case of a manufacturing defect, we take complete responsibility. No questions asked. But the product has to be sent back to the company. Once the product is received, the refund will be processed. Pl note, any human damages to the product will not be considered for refund. In the case of human damage, product will be sent back to the customer. Pl note to raise a case through ‘contact us form’ while the product is being sent back for refund.
Products in non-accordance to the description provided in the detail page: In case of wrong product being delivered or product not being in accordance with the description in the product page, we take complete responsibility. No questions asked. But the product has to be sent back to the company. Once the product is received, the refund will be processed. . Pl note to raise a case through ‘contact us form’ while the product is being sent back for refund. Also Pl mention about the mismatch found in the product.
No longer needed the product : Product can be returned back within 10 days of purchase when the customer no longer needs the products. In this case, the product has to be returned back in original condition without the packaging being tampered. If there are any damages to the product or to the package, a partial refund will be processed.
Pl note We will process all the refund/claims by having the customer’s interest in consideration and in top most priority. But we are compelled to lay down stringent process so as to avoid fraudulent returns and cancellations.
